L'idea di avere una casa in cui ospitare amici è sempre stato nei miei pensieri, mi piacerebbe avere una casa sul mare con anche alcune stanze per gli amici... Dopo un lungo percorso lavorativo sul sociale e di vita, ecco quindi "una casa particular" dove accogliere, ospitare chi desidera trovare un momento di pace, di affetto, di sole e di riposo in una realtà di casa, dove l'ospitalità è visibile nella stessa realizzazione degli ambienti che sono stati sistemati con entusiasmo pensando soprattutto agli amici che sarebbero venuti alla ricerca di momenti e luoghi per stare bene, sentirsi a casa...
La casa è situata in Albenga a 50 m dal mare vicino al centro storico medievale, nella Liguria del Ponente con bellissimi paesi sul mare e con un entroterra ancora a molti poco conosciuto ma suggestivo e ricco di storia, adatto per lunghe camminate in zone di montagna.
Cosa vuole essere? Un punto di riferimento per gli amici e amici degli amici dove trovare sempre una persona disponibile ad ascoltare con una presenza discreta, costante. |

“Casa Particular” is 50 meters away from the sea, on the main avenue in Albenga.
It is on the II floor of a block of flats with lift.
There are three well furnished double bedrooms with private bathrooms.
All around the flat there is a long balcony with jasmine plants.
Guests can relax in the large and elegant living room, where a buffet breakfast is served in the morning.
Every room has a tv set, a fridge, a small boiler and a mug with water filter.
The owner is from Emilia Romagna and she moved to Liguria some years ago because she loved the sea and particularly the Ligurian area. She will be pleased to give you tourist information to make your stay in Albenga more pleasant.
The house is in a strategic location in the western part of Liguria. It is 200 meters away from the station and 10 minutes from Panero d’Albenga airport with weekly flights from March to Rome, Milan, Bastia and Salerno. Moreover, Alassio, Finale Ligure, Borgio Verezzi and other popular tourist destinations can be reached in a short time.
The weather is mild all year long thanks to its proximity to the southern coast of France. |
